Founder, Partner & Chief Executive Officer

Josiah is the founder and CEO at CPM and serves on the Investment Team, Management Team, and Operational Committee and heads the Executive Team. Before building CPM, Josiah worked in Private Equity and Investment Banking working for Madison Parker Capital as a Debt Capital Associate and RBC Capital Market and Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Analyst. 

During his time at Madison, Josiah was a key contributor to several investment funding as well as a role player between the firm's investors and businesses being acquired. 

Josiah holds an M.B.A. at Columbia Business School with a B.Sc in Economics and Financial Analytics from SUNY Albany. 

Head of Fixed Income

Ewurasi serves on the Investment Team, Management Team, and Executive Team. She is currently a Foreign Exchange Trader at GT Bank. Prior to that, she held a role in corporate banking, covering corporates in the aviation and hospitality sectors. 

Ewurasi is an active participant of the Ghana Interbank Market and has a robust skill set that includes strategic and relationship management. She is pursuing a master's degree in International Business from the University of Ghana and a professional qualification in Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). 

Ewurasi obtained her bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Ghana Business School where she graduated with First Class Honors

Head of Relations

Michael serves on the Management Team, Executive Team, and Operational Committee. Coupled with his experience in customer relations and current role as a Relationship Officer at Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans. Overseeing 30+ clients, Michael seeks to pull his weight in operations and investor relations. 

Michael obtained his first degree in Agricultural Engineering from KNUST and has an advanced diploma in occupational safety and health. 

Head of Risk Management

Akosua serves on the Management Team, Executive, and Operational Committee. With her experience in finance and business management, she works with GT Bank, one of the largest banks in Ghana, and is a key member of her team. 

Akosua graduated from Wesley Girls', an elite all-girls school, and has a B.A in Business Administration from the University of Ghana Business School. 

Executive Assistant 

Freda is the Executive Assitant at CPM and works closely with the Managing Partners and serves on the Operational Committee.     

Freda's past experience includes working at PBC Ltd, a member of the Ghana Cocoa Board.
